Who we are

Smart Health LDA operates Healthy Home — environmental monitoring for mould and damp prevention. Contact: privacy@smarthealth-lda.com

What we collect

• Account email and password (hashed)
• Sensor readings: temperature, humidity, mould risk scores
• Home configuration and room labels
• For Protect: landlord organisation, property address, audit trail of suggested tenant actions

Why we process data

To provide home health scores, coaching, predictions, landlord audit reports, and voice assistant integration. Legal bases: contract (SaaS), legitimate interest (property protection), consent where required.

Landlord–tenant (Protect)

Landlords are typically data controllers for property monitoring. Tenants receive fair processing notice at move-in. Reports exclude unnecessary personal data.

Retention

Readings retained per plan (90 days Home, extended Plus/Protect). Audit logs retained for landlord compliance period.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection — email privacy@smarthealth-lda.com. You may lodge a complaint with CNPD (Portugal).

Hetzner Cloud (EU hosting), Stripe (billing), email provider (alerts).
